Centralia Village Application

Edit: If you've seen my previous statement here, I have finished before the deadline I set myself to finish village lighting. I have gotten staff permission to include my village hall/center into one (Tisjstme) and instructed not to light up the western side of the village (_Sammiee_), due to an unincorporated group in the vicinity. Again, I have all requirements for village now, and would like to be reviewed for such.
Centralia's village application:
Location: Near the half north skyway at https://www.cubeville.org/map/#survival ... erspective\
Mayor: Bigiron1284 AKA AsgoreX. House coordinates: 70, -2860. P.S I know this isn't steampunk, but put a few cogs on there for "W".
2nd Founder: redstone_nub. House coordinates: 130, -2790. This is a temporary home, and does not currently satisfy the theme.
3rd founder: ChillCube831677. House coordinates: 130, -2800. This is a temporary home, and does not currently satisfy the theme.
4th Founder: firestar9990. House coordinates: 130, -2770. This is a temporary home, and does not currently satisfy the theme.
Theme: Steampunk. People are expected to build with the theme, at the very least create a good looking build.
Currently our only Member: EnzozHere. I will hopefully get more. House coordinates: 100, -2760.
Please, while creating the regions, please follow the walls carefully. I am building very close to a group that would not like to be included in my village. Due to splitting, their walls were built by me and look the same, please follow the wall and make sure none of their area is included in any claims. Thank you. Admins have ruled that on the side facing the group to the west, there will be 2 walls, with a 1 block NBZ overlap.
There is also 5 farms, 2 food, 3 non food. Non food farms: Pointy Dripstone, Lava, and Powder Snow. I do plan to expand these farms. Non food farm coordinates: 155, -2850. The 2 food farms are for carrots and potatoes. I will end up cutting the carrot farm into smaller plots for more crop diversity, but for now, W carrot farm. I will also decrease the size of the Potato farm and use the plot to the east for another crop type.
Rather than bulky, ugly signs, I have opted for a clean, collected lectern containing the village rules! (also to add rules I have forgotten easier) This lectern can be found in the village hall, the Deepslate gazebo at the given village coordinates.
Rather than traditional 12x12 plots, I have instead implemented a better system: Plots ranging from 3x3x10 (village decor) to 40x40x25 (for large houses) will add more variety and allow for more possibility. Due to this, I have made it a rule you should only ask for a big plot if you plan to build something that *needs* to be built in a plot of such size.
Because of the theme + to prevent the ugly chunk mining situation in towns + I don't want a repeat of the Westfield shops going irresponsibly high, instead of bedrock to build limit, I think it would be better if plots were limited along the vertical axis. This would allow for floating islands and flying ships to be built easier. I may set up a ~50^2 plot devoted to mining and excavation.
Hopefully, reviewing staff are not disgusted by my goofy ahh spacing and approve this village.
