Alright the region is setup. The existing subzones should have been transferred to the new region, but let me know if any were missed :)
Congrats again on getting arena status, I look forward to seeing this in action!

Breakdown as requested:
Uniqueness 72.5% - 87/120
While this is only one of a very low amount of ocean-based spleef arenas (more points there), there could have been more done with the arena itself to be part of the ocean theme itself. Like it could be a giant raft, or an oil drilling ship, or maybe a large fishing ship. There are many possibilities, but something would have to be done to make it stand out more.
-----
You really added a bunch to this arena! I enjoyed that you still stuck with the random block ideas, and you did add some more waiting games to play while you wait for the next match. I thought the fishing lake, the boats, and the mini golf was a nice addition to the outside of the arena. I also like the Host-Your-Own-Spleef arena too! A nice addition so that players can play spleef without the host being there. Build-wise, there's nothing that really caught my eye while looking around except for the titanic model, which I thought was very cute. but I think the extra additions were very nice, you did good. :)
-----
Pretty basic 2 level spleef arena. It's nothing fancy or unique, but it's playable.
-----
The build theme isn't all that detailed, but the extra minigames for sure give it some flair. The Host-Your-Own Spleef is a really nice idea as well! The mildly chaotic floors in the main arena definitely would make there be a bit more challenge, and is quite unique.
-----
The Host-Your-Own Spleef concept is a great idea. That way players don't need to wait for you to be online to play spleef there. I do wish there were some other unique features of the arena. I would suggest looking at the other Spleef Arenas in the Special section of /hub to see some ideas of what other people did uniquely for their arena.
-----
I like that you have a variety of block types in the arena. That's something I haven't seen in other arenas. Beyond that it doesn't look like there's anything amazingly unique here.
-----
The arena itself is pretty basic. The unique things here are the activities to do while waiting. I love the idea of the host-your-own spleef, and I'm interested to see it working. That being said, I wish there was a unique theme that would bring everything together.
-----
The random floor idea is interesting, and I think the main pull for uniqueness here. The builds themselves didn't really stick out for me, but the actual concepts are really cool; host your own spleef especially I thought was a really nice idea.
-----
In general, this is a pretty basic spleef arena. The different floor set ups is a unique idea but not really unique to the arena itself. Nothing another person with an arena already couldn't do. Points for doing it though, even if it's something other people could do but haven't. The host your own spleef area is also a nice touch. I haven't seen that before anywhere. Hopefully that works out well.
-----
As before, the spleef arena itself does not contain anything very unique, other than the random blocks in the floors. The uniqueness is helped some this time by the assortmnet of additions in the surrounding area, which I'll cover more in that section.
-----
The arena itself is fairly basic, just a simple square 2 layer arena. I do like the randomized spleef floors, but I don't know if that's enough to warrant a very high score here.
Adding all the new minigames to play while waiting is great, and the host your own spleef is an awesome idea.
-----
Other than being above water there isn’t much unique about the arena except the variety of blocks being used on the floors. However, the activities around the arena like mini-golf, fishing contest, Host-Your-Own Spleef, and boat races were nice additions. Otherwise, nothing really caught my eye and made me think of it as very unique.
Arena Setup 70.5% - 84.75/120
Upon arriving at the portal I immediately saw the rules. They are clear and easy to understand. I might recommend also stating that using elytra in the arena is against the rules. This arena is a great size - nice and large and will hold several players. It seems to be only 2 layers, which isn't a bad thing - will make games go quickly. As for controls, I don't see anything fantastic about the hosting area. It's littered with chests and your stairs up to it are not well lit.
-----
Although there are just 2 floors, the size definitely makes up for it. The hosting area is nice too. A few possible issues that I can see is that it's not hard to get to the hosting area with a bit of parkour, and that players who are out can still reach the bottom floor from the water.
-----
The inside size is quite nice, which makes up for only having 2 floors. There aren't any automatic refilling methods, but those are hard to do above ground, so I'll give points for that. I would like to see more headspace, like even 1 or 2 blocks, so we aren't crammed up against the ceiling all the time. Additionally, I would like to see a larger drop area to the bottom, with a 1-way way of getting out. Right now, players can re-enter the fall zone, and anyone in there can break the floor above them, which means that players that aren't part of the game can alter the game. More work needed there.
-----
The setup I think is a good size for the spleef arena, a solid 30x30 with three floors. The arena itself is fine, and I like how you've changed the bottom to instead of swimming out, it's a floor with a door. I'd prefer the door to be bigger, but it's not something I'd take points off for. Since it's random blocks though, you will have to be careful that mobs don't spawn, which is why I understand that there's torches in there. Nothing really else to say about it.
-----
The rules are clear and despite only having two floors, they are a good size and not too small. It’s a bit dark on the bottom by the exit, it might be a good idea to add some lighting since it’s hard to see especially at night. The elytra platform was also a nice addition.
-----
There have been definite improvements to the arena setup, especially with the change to the exit area. I still see room for improvement though. I would suggest adding some light blocks such as glowstone into the floor of the water drop area so it isn't so dark. It would make sense to extend the hosting floor all the way to the opposite wall. Your only a few blocks away as it is. The lighting on the bottom spleef floor is still an issue, with having to place torches on the floor to prevent spawning. I don't have any good suggestion for fixing this, since the floor is fairly large. Maybe you could just let mobs spawn and add a new dimension to the game. Actual spawning is actually pretty unlikely due to the vicinity of players.
-----
I am glad to see the door was added for exiting, rather than falling into the ocean and getting stuck underwater. I would add lights and a sign that marks it as the exit, just to make it easier to find in the dark. I would also decorate more and maybe add some different blocks to it. It's functional, but could use something to make it look nicer.
-----
The arena's very large, which could be either a plus or a minus depending on how many players you have. The hosting area is improved from last time, but still kind of messy; I would look to other existing spleef arenas and check out theirs if you haven't.
-----
This arena is large which is good. It can easily handle a decent number of players. The hosting area also looks good. My only concern is that players who are out will spleef players still in since the space between the bottom floor and the water you fall into is so small. It also might be difficult for the host to see this happening from their spot on top.
-----
The arena itself is quite large! The rules are front and center, and very clear, which is definitely a plus. The ladder is a good touch in my opinion, though it might help if there were more than just the one in the one corner.
-----
The arena has quite a bit of space on each of the two floors for players to spleef on, but that could also be a bit of a problem. With so much space to run around it will extend each round, but only having two floors does help to counteract this. The host will have plenty of space to watch the match and make sure everything is running smoothly, and the rules are next to impossible to miss.
I didn't notice any changes to this category since my last vote here.
-----
I would suggest having chests for rebuilding the floors next to each floor so you can rebuild it quickly. The walkyways around the outside of the arena are a bit narrow. Maybe widen them so people can get around easier and see everything in the area?
Stands and Surrounding Area 72.5% - 87/120
The stands are a bit small but they're functional so no major complaints. The additions of minigames and activities to the surrounding area is a nice touch but it feels very cramped. There is a lot of space in the ocean surrounding the arena that isn't being put to good use. The block choice is also very random. Quartz, birch, andesite, cobble, and a few more random less used ones thrown in there. This is definitely the category that could use the most work in my opinion.
-----
I think all the new minigames are a great addition to this! They make it seem less isolated, and provide something for the players to do while waiting for the next game. I really like the addition of the new boat as well.
I do think I'd like another block of space above your head while watching the spleef games, but the additional space to walk around in is great.
-----
It would be nice to see more decoration on the paths and spectating area. Maybe fences, variation of blocks, etc.
-----
Are there decent stands and viewing areas? Can spectators watch easily? Does the surrounding area look nice?
There are no stands, though the spectator area is substantial enough for a few people to watch comfortably, though I wonder how many will be comfortable watching. The surrounding area looks nice - not full of random builds. I like the way you've set up a play area nearby, with a host your own spleef, mini golf, boat racing, and fishing competitions.
-----
The stands are much improved, wide enough to be comfortable and also has cute little shops on the edges for the things you'll need. I really liked the little games outside the arena as well! I do wish it were a little more clear what some of them were, but I thought they were a very nice touch.
-----
The area set up for stands are a little small still, but you're much less likely to fall off and they're a lot better than before. The shops are a good addition as well!
-----
It's in the ocean, so there's not much that would need to be done to keep it clean. That said, there are beautification items that can happen, like having simple things like bouys, or lily pads, or other small items to make the area look even better. There are a few minigames or other items nearby, but they feel clunky and/or out-of-place in terms of the materials used to build them. As for the stands, there aren't so much stands as there is a narrow walkway around each side. Now, not may arenas have stands that are used, so I'll give them that in terms of efficiency. That said, it would be nice to see them as an aesthetic.
-----
You added a platform to the elytra pad, thank you! It's an island, so the outside is untouched and fine. The pathways could potentially be bigger, since it's very easy to just fall into the water at the other island activities. You also added more space to the arena, which was good. It could be a little bigger too, so we can back up and see more of the area, and maybe make the roof at the top of the arena a little bigger - it'll help for your hosting area and your spectators. All in all, you've added a lot more to this arena and I definitely see the improvement. Good job!
-----
The stands are a bit small, but they do the job. I'm glad that you added more lifts between the floors. The surrounding area is okay, but all of the builds seem squished off to one side of the arena. There's still a lot of room around the other sides, and I wish you had spread it around more. Again, a common block pallet or theme would have been an improvement also.
-----
The spectator area has been expanded and additional lift signs added, but I don't understand why the top corner near the ladder hasn't been expanded out into a square corner. This ends up giving an unfinisheed feel, when it doesn't match the rest of the arena. The arena construction is still two very similar blocks with very little architectural detail. You could at least add some light blocks into the floors of the spectator areas to break it up a little bit and also get rid of most of the torches.
What stands out for me this time around is the assortment of distractions that have been added to the waiting area. None of them are very great by themselves, but I think the assortment as a whole will keep the nubs entertained. The host your own spleef is a nice idea, but could end up being a problem. It's great if you can keep it going. For some reason, my favorite is the rollercoaster of nubbiness. In fact, I would love to see a second track placed around the current one, so two nubs can ride at once.
-----
I like that the stands go all the way around and are wide enough for people to watch, but they can still get past each other without being as crowded. I would still make it a block or two wider, personally, I like to have a lot of room to run around the outside.
I also like that there are some things for players to do when they aren't playing in the spleef game. I would maybe add some wider paths or ground, it's very easy to fall into the ocean.
-----
Stands are wide enough and wrap around the whole floor which is nice. The surrounding area is nice with some cool activities and games around the Ocean Side Fun Area. The only problem I see is that the area might be a little cramped and the paths could be wider to prevent people from falling in the water.

Thanks for the breakdown! I do have one question though. Why doesn't the breakdown have a 1 - 10 rating for each comment?
I really like to know how well the voters like the arena. I was just wondering, not complaining.

I didn't put the individual scores for a few reasons. The main one is so that you could focus on the comments more than the number scores, there's lots of good stuff in there to help you improve the arena :). I also assumed that with the overall score and percentage of each category, you'd be able to get a general feel for how that section was received by the voters.

You don't have to do this, but I do want the individual scores from the voters because I want to compare the scores from this application to the other applications. It's not a big deal, I just like to compare things :)
