With the low number of player-made spleef arenas on the server, this definitely qualifies as unique. That said, I think the addition of the minigames, rollercoaster, and self-service spleef arena put this arena in its own category. I love these things! Plenty to do while you wait for the next round to start. 10/10
The arena has some really fun and imaginative hosting modes, which I look forward to seeing – I suspect that the cagematch-like "boss round" will be the attention-getter for most curious players, but the most intriguing one for me is actually the idea of being able to PLACE blocks in a round as well as break them, it’s got a very “why hasn’t anybody thought of this yet” feel. The option to exchange arena blocks for power-ups is a fun addition – I can see nubs scrambling to grab stray blocks becoming something of its own minigame within a round lol - and is also wholly unique, as are the attractions presented alongside the spleef arena (more on them in the section below). The abundant creativity earns full marks here 10/10
While spleef in and of itself isn't a unique thing, I do like that you have some new ideas for spleef, like the dispensers.
I like the things to do surrounding the arenas, to keep players who are out busy while they wait. As we currently only have one player made spleef arena, it would be nice to have more 7/10
There have been several improvements here, as things like the arcade and block exchange have been added, and a few spleef variants have been listed as being able to be hosted. I’ll admit, with the way the buttons work I’m not sure how well some of the spleef variants will work, and the block exchange is mostly not relevant since part of the button setup is making the blocks that are set not be able to be dropped on the ground. But it is a cool idea, though! I do wish the build theme was maybe a bit more interesting than basalt and andesite still. All in all, though, there have certainly been improvements in the uniqueness! 8/10
There has been a fair bit of improvements since last landmark application. The options for different types of spleef definitely gives the spleef arena a more unique feel. It would have been nice to see some more improvements on the block pattern throughout the spleef arena build that matches more of a ocean theme. 9/10
Both the dispensers and the block exchange are creative ideas which are different. The various kinds of spleef are a nice and fun feature as well which will keep players excited. The build itself is a little simple and does not seem to stick to the ocean theme. 9/10
There has been a definite attempt to add some unique features to the spleef arena. I didn't want to trigger it, but the first appears to be a wall of lava around the outside of the arena (The Ring of Fire?). While it should be interesting, it is a little dubious safety wise. In addition, some dispensers have been added to the roof of the arena that can be triggered by the host. While they were empty, I suppose these would be used to drop water or similar onto the spleef floor. While it is a nice idea, since it is host triggered, the host will need to watch out for complaints of bias. I like that some effort has been taken to make the structure more interesting, but there seems to be a bit missing on the north side of the roof. Overall, it is decently executed using a simple palette of common blocks. The addition of a smaller player run arena is a nice touch. 8.5/10
All the issues I had raised previously about the arena's uniqueness have been addressed. The custom game modes in particular would make a great addition to a CV spleef arena. Great work 10/10
I love that it's ocean themed, there are a lot of unique game play options I love the system of trading in blocks for upgrades. 10/10
I do like the addition of the market stalls for others to buy , but Idk if theres a point in them being present if you already have the main shop stall for your tools and such. I do like that this is by the coast , you can imagine your self watching the waves move as the players are spleefing eachother lol. 9/10
Uniqueness was definitely the strength of the last application, and I think the arena kept all that made it work in the past application and expanded upon it even more. I love that the roller coaster is now underwater! I like the market stall minigames. But I think my favorite addition is the block exchange -- giving people a reason to give materials back is a really cool concept and something I've genuinely never seen before. Good work! 10/10
I really like all the unique game modes, those will be really fun to see in play. The host-your-own spleef section is also a neat addition that I really like the idea of! I do find that the style and palettes of the different builds feel a little chaotic and inconsistent, but the functionality is definitely there. 9/10
Love to see the theme is still present and a bit more fleshed out since last submission! The inclusion of player-hosted spleef is definitely unique, and it's great to see some other things to do outside of the main spleef arena. Also like to hear that you plan on adding more in the future! Definitely think there's a potential for more here. The types of spleef are unique and fun, I think in these cases it would be important to give a heads up depending on the spleef round type and/or if they could lose their items from it as well (you don't want people getting mad at you because they didn't read your signs after all!). 8/10

Rules are clearer than before, and the layout of the spleef arena is a little less confusing; I see that you cleaned up some of the extra spaces and rooms and I think that was the right decision! Size of the main arena is a good size, and it feels a lot more complete than before. The player-hosted arena could still use a bit of cleaning up (visible redstone, areas where players could get trapped and need to tp out if they don't remember to unlock the doors, stairs layout etc.) but definitely still functional. 12/15
The arena looks like it should be able to fit a decent amount of players without being incredibly crammed. The rules are clearly visible, but it might make more sense to put them in the same place as the spleef modes so that all information is in one place. The hosting area's pretty good! The only note I'd make there is that you can't easily see the lower spleef floor without having to enter the stands; the water elevators are close enough that that's not a huge deal, but I could see it being inconvenient during a busy game. 14/15
Rules are clearly posted, and the size of the arena is definitely acceptable! Seems like there's a good hosting area that would make it easy for the user to control things in a way that is inaccessible to people outside (2 layers of security, a nice improvement!). No real feedback here, and I like the idea of raining potions down on the players in the arena haha.
The only main feedback is that there's some confusion around people bringing tools in for me -- seems like there are a lot of recommendations to clear inventory, but also rules that you can use your own tools and even a tool shop outside. Seems like conflicting rules, so it may be good to specify when to bring tools in and when not to. 13/15
I like the size of the arena itself , a lot of room to fit multiple players inside one game. The Spleef Operator is able to see and control the game well with the glass floor / ceiling. A few recommendations I have for your arena is to have entrances into the area on all 4 sides instead of just the one side , I also recommend tidying up your storage so you can find things easier. It might be handy to add a disclaimer about the potential death in your region greeting so that everyone who comes into the arena knows before going in. 10/15
The rules are clear, the floor size is nice, and the control area is good! 15/15
The arena setup is decent, with a large floor. In fact the floor might be a little too large, depending on the speed of block breaks. The host has a good view from the floor above, and with the addition of command blocks, hosting should be reasonable. The smaller floor on the player run arena is an appropriate size. 12/15
The size and layout of the arena is a good size. The rules are clear and posted somewhere everyone can see, the warning signs at the entrance to the arena are also easy to find. The hosting area is a little messy, but functional. It might be nice to add an enderchest or shucker spot for people to put their stuff in before a round. 13/15
I look forward in seeing all the types of spleef rounds played, they may make for a more exciting spleef play. I do see convenient rules board with some warnings that death may be a possibility. With that said it may be beneficially to make that sign in particular more bold. I would have like to seen a couple more enderchests, maybe a "locker" room with shulker spots? I also didn't see a bed on site to sleep in incase of death, it would be abit inconvenient to die and have to run all the way back each time. Otherwise the arena setup looks good. (I would recommend maybe putting your chests/shulkers in a little area up in the dome part of your roof hidden to clean up the hosting area a little bit) 13/15
First off, I appreciate the sign right in front of the rules pointing to the main arena entrance, it is definitely an improvement over before. The rules seem clear, I have no issues with them in their current state. The hosting area has been improved too, with a sign up to the entrance door. The spleef floor is large enough to support quite a few players. I think my only complaint about the setup is that it is probably still fairly easy to lose track of where you need to go, even with the signs pointing to the entrance - certainly the doors into the arena don’t seem to have signs pointing to them, at least. 13/15
The arena is a very simple 2 layer square. It is a good size for a small group of players to spleef. The dispensers look like they could make for some interesting spleef games that aren't normally seen. I'm looking foward to seeing that in action. I would definitely make sure that players are aware they would likely die, as the signs aren't super clear to find. 10/15
Navigability is overall very nice, there are clear signs and bubble elevators in the main arena area, inexpensive tools are readily available for players who forgot their own, and the arena floor is very generously sized. The hosting area seems a bit chaotic with all the dispensers and storage, but still has clear views of the arena, which is its most important function. The warning right before entering the arena, that some of the rounds are potentially hazardous, is nicely obvious, though I do worry that some nub is going to somehow miss it anyway, there's always one . The explanation of the special rounds is a little pushed to the side, and it’s easy to imagine a nub missing it on their way into the arena, which seems like another potential source of friction during a match – it might be worth moving them over to where the warning signs about potential death are located, to provide immediate context for said warnings. 12/15
The arena seems to be a good size for several players. I like the addition of water columns for up/down travel by onlookers. I also really like that you've got several modes of spleef to play. My one concern is that it appears that some of the dispensers in the ceiling are not hooked up with redstone - are there buttons or levers to control those? 15/15
Again, every issue I had raised with this category before has been addressed. The hosting area does still have some chests that I'd recommend moving to the side so they're more out of the way, though I won't pull off any points for that. 15/15

I'm happy to see that the viewing area has been cleaned up, in particular not having the roller coaster run straight through it is a nice change.
I do wish the arcade games were free, or rather there were a free activity to do while waiting, but I asked for games to play and you delivered so full marks here. 10/10
There is a lot to do while you wait around the main arena! The ONLY suggestion I have for improvement is to perhaps decorate the waiting area with some plants or maybe like a food cart or something. I'm referring to each spectator level of the main arena. 8/10
Viewing areas are still a little narrow, but are much less cluttered than previously, and now offer an unobstructed view all the way around the arena. The bubble elevators are easy to navigate, and signage points right to the arena entrance and roller coaster, though they seem to miss pointing to the arcade and host-your-own-spleef area from the main area. The underwater roller coaster is impressive and quite fun! The arcade games also look like either fun diversions in between rounds, or even worth a trip to the area in and of themselves. The newer area beautification touches, such as the snack shack/lighthouse area, are very charming and give the place a boardwalk-beach ambience. The self-hosted spleef arena is an interesting idea, and the thought of a few nubs flocking to it for a pickup game is very wholesome, but I can also see it potentially causing friction amongst some players (arguing over who gets to host, forgetting to reset the floor afterwards, etc.), and build-wise it’s definitely the least polished addition to the area. Overall though, the area has the beginnings of a mini activity center as well as spleef arena, very cool to see! 8/10
I know that my biggest issue previously was that the viewing area was crowded and you couldn't get all the way around the sides of the arena. This seems to have been fixed, and while still narrow in some areas, is definitely improved. They could still go a bit wider, but it is easier to get around overall. I like that there are things to do around such as the little games and the smaller arena. 8/10
The viewing area is still fairly basic and cramped-feeling at times, but now it’s no longer cut off by the roller coaster. There are more things to do now, as there is also the arcade. While thematically it makes sense to have the water elevators, I still think lift signs might have been easier to navigate around with. All in all, though, there have definitely been improvements here. 7.5/10
There are a lot of fun little attractions while waiting such as a few fun looking games, a rollarcoaster, some neat builds, and even a player hosted arena for impatient nubs waiting to get back into the main arena. The viewing area is still a little narrow and dull, but serves its purpose without looking as clustered as before. Adding abit more space with some nice decorations will do the space wonders. 8.5/10
There are a lot of different things to do while waiting, like the rollercoaster. I had some trouble finding the mini games and host-your-own spleef, but overall they are all fun additions. The viewing area provides a good view of the arena, but the water elevators make it harder to navigate around different floors. 9/10
There is good viewing all the way around the arena floor. The refurbished roller coaster and new mini-games should give a decent amount of amusement for those who aren't watching the match (although I didn't actually try the games). The block machine is a very interesting idea to promote getting the blocks back, the only trouble may be a backup of players using it. I'm assuming that the second arena is not meant to be used while waiting, but this might happen at times, distracting from the main game. I'm slightly bothered by the damage taken when using the down elevators around the viewing area. Fixing this would be a good idea. 8.5/10
The view area is great and easy to get to. I love the bubble elevator. 10/10
The viewing area is a tad cramped , but with a 2 or 3 block wider area , it will make a world of difference. I do like the rollercoaster you can ride while you're waiting for the next game. 8.5/10
Pretty solid viewing area -- though I still find the bubble elevators a bit annoying to use personally, especially trying to get to the 2nd floor on the front bubble elevator. Otherwise, a good viewing area, easy to spectate for sure. Just wish it had some lift signs xD
And of course, lots of stuff to do when waiting. 9/10
The stands are sizeable and easy to jump around in, which I appreciate! I found that it was a little tricky to navigate between floors using the water elevator initially, though I eventually sorted it out. I like the idea of the little player-owned shop plots, I could see those being cool if they end up being used. The arcade looks really fun! Between that, the host-your-own-spleef and the roller coaster, there's plenty to do while waiting in between rounds. 10/10
The walkaround area makes viewing pretty easy and convenient for the main spleef arena! Same for the player-hosted arena on a smaller scale. Plenty of waiting area around as well, and the small areas you've added are fun to look at. A big improvement in this regard is the arcade; I think the games you added are a fun idea, and the area beside it with food and seating is also a great addition! Also saw the the work with the rollercoaster; definitely a much smoother ride than before. Would love to see the lighthouse area with more in the future; maybe a mini parkour built inside? Regardless, good work here! 9/10

I do see some new paths and work with landscaping since your first submission! Great to see, really happy to see that you took our feedback and ran with it. I can see the land beginning to limit some of your creativity, so some future expansion with terraforming as well as adding railings to bridges and pathways could help clean this up a bit more as well. Everything is lit well, including the paths and water.
One thing to check in the near future (wasn't sure which section this should go in) is to make sure all doors/chests/etc. have the right privacy settings on them for use by your visitors! With more foot traffic you may run into people taking public chests as an invitation to take items, or not having access to areas that they should (or alternatively snooping around where they shouldn't be!). 4/5
The boardwalk, lighthouse, boat, and other little builds are very cute! I also really like the palm trees and other landscaping. It might be good to extend the torches outside the fencing a little further, as they end kind of quickly. 4/5
I like the new structures added and they're nice for the most part, just wish that the terrain was cleaned up more (why is there a sand divot by the lighthouse ;-;) 3/5
There's a nice view of the ocean as you're standing out in the spectator area of the arena. While the surrounding area is lit , it is a bit much to see so many torches placed on the land. it also seems a bit cluttered with all the buildings and rides in such a region / space. 3/5
The block selection is kinda random but I love how many things there are to do while you wait and all the sea themed builds around are really cute! 4/5
I really like that you added a boardwalk area around the 2nd arena, along with the canal and palm trees it adds a nice feel to the area. Great job all around. 5/5
Most of the surrounding area is ocean, so there isn't much area to worry about. There is some nautical themed decoration with boats and sea monsters, and the recent additions of some landscaping to the area. 3.5/5
The lighthouse is a fun addition to the surrounding area. There isn’t much lighting past the borders, which could become an issue. 3/5
I also recommend extending your lighting past your buoys otherwise everything looks well lit. There is a little bit of clutter around due to the small area that has been mapped out and additions that have been built, however it may be worth the while in expanding your land marked area abit. 3.5/5
I do appreciate the fence on the south side of the arena complex, though I do wish it was taller to more properly keep out mobs. Also on the south side of the arena complex there are some neat palm trees and a river helping tie it together. But my problem is that the arena still looks like it was just placed there, there hasn’t really been terraforming around it. I suppose it is meant to look like it’s in the water, but if that were the case maybe bring the water forward some so it looks fully submerged in it? Outside of lighting, the area surrounding the complex doesn’t appear to have had much done to it either. 2.75/5
The area of your arenas seems to be well lit. I would light out a bit past your border marks, as I have seen some mobs spawn around the sides that could make their way to the arenas. I do like that you've added some decor and other builds around the area. I still think an aquarium under the bottom of the arena would be a fun addition for the theme.
The first time I was here, I had trouble getting the coaster to start, and still seemed to have that issue. It could use some more powered rails at the beginning of the track.
There are some messy things in the areas around you, and some could be demoed due to inactivity, like the terracotta path in the air, so please modreq at that if you wish it to be removed. 8/10
The surrounding area is very busy, but the builds are very cute and overall stick with the oceanside/beach theme; it’s nice to see the terraformed river forming a natural border for the arena on the desert side, to connect with the buoys on the seaside. Everything within the arena area seems nicely lit, but the lighting seems to drop off very shortly past the area’s borders, which means that mob spawning might still be a major concern for players within the arena. 3/5
There is a lot going on and, though I can tell you've tried to clump some similar things together, it seems very disjointed. I do like the addition of boats around (because this is in the ocean) and buoys to mark your borders. Another thing that I'd recommend with your area borders is to make it a square. As you have it set currently you will not be able to subzone anything without an admin or SA's help. Making the region square will allow you to subzone everything on your own, making the process much smoother 2/5

Running through the arena for a second time it was really nice to see how much of our feedback you had taken into account. The build as a whole has turned out great and I can't wait to see the results of this vote
Overall a really cool arena, many things have been adjusted and it's turned out really well! I'm looking forward to seeing it in action!
