Cubeville can be a large and confusing place to navigate if you are unfamiliar with the server. This guide's goal is to help you become better acquainted with locations and methods of transportation around Cubeville.
Portals
Portals are a method of traveling around the server. They are extremely complicated. (just kidding)
Simply walk into them to teleport to a different area.

Where Should I Start Building?
If you have just joined the server, there are two different recommendations for starting out. Pick a drop town and /modreq for a started plot(more info in the hub section under drops). The other option is to navigate to the wild(explained below under hub). Traveling via the Drops portals is the best way to reach the wild quickly.
Cubeville City - CVC
CVC is a large city situated at spawn. After new players complete the tutorial, they land in Cubeville City, which is close to the center of the survival map. There are many exciting builds, events, and possibilities at CVC as shown below.

Admin Shops - Admin Shops are sprinkled around CVC. These shops sell a combination of rare or unobtainable items. Items such as elytra, bow with mending and infinity enchantments, mob heads, and more can all be found in the Admin Shops at CVC.
Craft and Smelt - This building is an excellent location to trade with other players in safety. There are locked rooms inside the building to provide safe item trades. Free anvils and an enchanting table is a great option as well!
Quest Hall - The Quest Hall is a magnificent icon in CVC. This is the location that you can start quests at to obtain different player ranks. These ranks can provide you with in-game abilities such as creating shop chests to buy and sell from.
Pet Shop - The Pet Shop is a place where you can purchase certain animal spawn eggs. Polar bears, dogs, chickens, and guardians are a few of the spawn eggs you are able to purchase there.
Park-Ore - Like parkour? Than the Park-Ore 2 at CVC is right for you. This parkour course isn't for the faint of heart, but if you complete it you get a hefty prize.
Plots - Any player is able to purchase an available CVC plot. These plots are expensive, but they provide a great area to make a shop.

Towns - The Towns section of hub is reserved for portals to official CV towns. These towns are completely player-built. Players can submit their town for a vote, and if the vote passes, they get the official town status. Depending on how well they do on the vote, there are three different statuses of a town. Farmlands
The Farmlands is your best resource for obtaining many important starter materials. There are tree, clay, ice, gravel, sand, podzol, and guardian farms. These farms regenerate as needed so you don't have to worry about them running out of materials.

Tree Farm - All types of wood are available here for harvesting.
Clay Farm - At the Clay Farm you can obtain two types of clay. Regular clay and hardened clay.
Sand Farm - Self-explanatory You can get sand here.
Podzol Farm - Obtain Podzol blocks from this farm. Just remember you will need to harvest them with a silk touch tool.
Ice Farm - Gather packed ice from this farm. You will need to use a silk touch tool to gather packed ice blocks.
