Yeah, even I will admit it - It can be quite confusing, considering the icons, ways to get to things, and overall layout - although similar in ways, has changed quite a bit since the old forum. So, I hope to explain it in this guide as easy and hassle-free as I can.
1. Reply to a post.
Ok, that's pretty simple - Just click reply and the whole reply box is here...
2. Select the image button
Now you are in reply mode, select this button -
You will see it will basically do this when you click on it -
3. Go To imgur.com
Now, go to imgur.com. Imgur is a really useful image uploading website. Only people who you give the link to can see the image, and it is really easy to use - you only need to go onto the site, click 'new post' in the corner, then upload your image!
!4. Click On Open In New Tab
Basically, right click on the image you have just uploaded and select open in new tab, as shown in the below image.
5. Go Onto New Tab
By clicking 'Open In New Tab', a new tab should have appeared in your browser. It should simply be the image surrounded with black. Go up to the URL bar as a shown in this image, double click it to make it blue, then right click it and select copy.
6. Go Back To The Forum Tab With The
Click into the space between these two tags, and right click. Like you did with copy - simply select paste! And there you go! Thats how to upload images onto the forums.
*Did you get blob:imgur and it doesn't work? Try the new tab thing again as this means you did it too quick.*
