Welcome to NewsBlock! We are Cubeville's brand-new weekly news service brought to you right here on the forums. Created by FredLime, we aim to bring weekly news to cubeville covering a range of topics and articles on everything from Server Updates to new towns and villages, birthdays, staff promotions, interviews and more. From this week onwards, we will release it every Thursday. More detail can be found below on how to participate.
We will provide news in 3 segment topics - Our main server event, staff promotion, and update service - the main NewsBlock is our first segment, followed by CubeVision, an insider service focusing on community and player-run events, projects, birthdays, art, interviews and build showcases, finally followed by Sportcube, our service for articles on PVP bets, new Skylands games, and insider stories relating to games and arenas on cubeville.
Do you have a story about a project you are working on that you want to share, a cool build that you have made, cubeville related artwork, or a player-run community event that you would like to share? Please /msg FredLime in-game, talk to Lime #7112 on discord, or PM me right here on the forums. Please do not reply to this post to suggest ideas - keep this for purely questions and discussions of the new service. Please also contact me if you have been involved in or witnessed a large PVP wager or bet or another games-related activity you would like us to report on.
Advertisments - We will also have an advert section at the end of our newspaper. Please contact me in the ways mentioned above if you would like your town, project, shop, or anything else to be advertised in the newspaper. Prices are as follows :
0-50 words, no picture - 3c
0-50 words, 1 picture - 5c
50-100 words, no picture - 7c
50-100 words, 1 picture - 10c
+1 picture - 2c - Max 3 pictures
