Cubeville City Rules - Map 7

These are the build rules for both Cubeville City Downtown and Cubeville City Uptown. Some rules have changed a bit from last map, so please be sure to read things over before buying a plot.

1. Banned: Beacons, ender crystals, persistent redstone, animal farms, flowing lava and glowing signs may not be used.
2. Restricted: You may have up to 15 of these entities combined - Item frames, banners, paintings, and armour stands.
3. Plot Limit: Strictly 1 CVC plot per person. This now includes alternative accounts. Note that this is not 1 plot per city, it is 1 plot total.
4. Only one owner per plot, no co-owners.
5. No builds consisting of more than 50% dirt, or gravel.
6. No buildings covered by either fire, lava or water.
7. No one-block towers of any material.
8. No builds containing health hazards, such as open pits, unsafe lifts, arrow dispensers, exposed cactus, etc.
9. If an account that owns a plot is inactive on Cubeville for more than 90 days, that plot may be deleted and relisted at staff's discretion without compensation. If you plan on being inactive, post on the "Going on vacation?" forum to let us know that you'll be away and to not remove your plot.
10. All plots must contain builds. If a plot is bought and left empty for 30 days, or with only a few things on it, it may be deleted at staff discretion without compensation.

Cubeville City Downtown Plot Prices

There are 64 Downtown plots in total. The rules are also located in the city, at the north-west corner of the arrival plaza.


➳ City Plots
There are 38 city plots. All city plot regions (in either CVC,) are 70 blocks in height, including 40 blocks above ground and 30 below ground.

• Central City Plots - 2,000 cubes
• Other City Plots - 1,600 cubes

➳ Pre-Built Plots
There are 10 pre-built plots. You may not change the exterior of pre-built plots, but you may change the interior. This includes the inside wall on builds with double-thick walls. All pre-built plots also include 30 blocks of region height below ground.

• Small Pre-Built Plot - 800 cubes
• Medium Pre-Built Plot - 1,000 cubes
• Large Pre-Built Plot - 1,200 cubes

➳ Market Plots
There are 16 market plots located at the south gate. Market plot regions cover only the size of the market stall built on them, but you may change the build.

• Small Market Plot - 200 cubes
• Medium Market Plot - 300 cubes
• Large Market Plot - 400 cubes

CVC Regulations Update: 21st January 2023

Today the following change has been made to the CVC regulations:

• Glowing Signs have been added to the banned items list (unfortunately the way minecraft renders these means they cause lag if you have too many in an area)
• Barrels have been added as an option for setting up shops with. We would encourage all players where possible to use barrels instead of chests, especially within CVC, as barrels cause essentially no lag compared to chests.
