New Creative World Commands - Time and Weather Locks

Hey all, just a quick note that we've added two commands for use in the creative build world for setting the time and weather on your plot. The commands are as follows:
/plot time [time] - Accepts any time in the format #am|pm, and clear to unset time lock
example: /plot time 9am - locks your plot time to mid-morning sun
/plot weather [weather] - Accepts sun|rain to set weather, and clear to unset weather lock
example: /plot weather rain - locks your plot to raining
If you don't see the effect immediately, try to walk around a little bit, then it should update.
If you run into any issues using these commands, let us know
