Greetings Cubvilians,

Seedy Acres started out as a base for me, CreepingDespair (CD) but as things progressed, I decided to share the area with others. The name of the village Seedy Acres is of course a pun on my nickname (CD = Seedy) and we obtained village status on November 23rd 2025.

Seedy Acres is now on the cusp of being able to apply for town. In order to get fully established a village needs 5 members (residents) in order to fulfill one of the requirements for town status. As you know, one of the perks of town status is having a portal. As we have no portal yet, we've been offering our charter residents a free plot. We have one last free plot available, or you can choose the remaining apartment in the founder lodge where all you will have to do is decorate the interior.

Seedy Acres is located about 2000 blocks east/southeast of the southeast drop, Farmtopia and Greenhills at 6743, 65. 3056. The Founders Lodge is near the south gate, and the residential area is up the hill to the north. We have various food farms, a zombie spawner, trial farm and stray converter to get your loot. Cobble Factory, free fried chicken (for residents only) and other amenities such as the Seedy Acres Playhouse theater. More improvements happen every day. The plots are not huge, but they go from Y 50 to 20 blocks above ground, and you can use the full plot. All we ask is that plots look attractive and not clash with other builds.
