At first glance the layout seems to be fine, most islands have a theme of builds that go with them such as shops or homes. No problems there. However, if you need to travel more than one or two islands it becomes rather difficult trying to find your way from point A to point B. For example, getting from the spawn island over to the icy island takes a bit of guessing on which bridges to take, in order to avoid spending a few minutes getting lost among all the islands. The rings in the sky are a little helpful, however if you don't have your render distance at least at 16 then it doesn't really make a difference.
The other real problem with the layout is the farms (excluding guardians from this). While I completely understand the reasoning behind having fully automatic farms, and thus needing to space them out, it makes it very difficult to gather multiple items. Auto farms are nice, but I don't think that sacrificing the easy access to materials is quite worth it in a town this large.
I've added a point back because of the book, using it made it easier to know where to go, but getting there was still a problem.
5.5/10
The new additions for this category are definitely an improvement, with the guidebook and the rings, but there were still several instances where I struggled a lot to find where I was going. I like the idea of the rings, but as they're not lit on the bottom it can be very difficult to tell what color they are depending on what time of day it is; I started voting when it was night time and had to /instaday in order to actually what tell what colors the rings were, and since the whole new navigation system is kind of based around that I feel like that's kind of a very large negative. Another thing I noticed(That I'm not going to detract points for, just an observation) was that in the guidebook, the Froid island page cuts off and you can't read the fun fact.
5.5/10
The colored rings and the book help make it easier to find your way around when visiting. It takes a long time to get from place to place, because many of the stairways are long and windy. Even though I understood roughly where to go, actually getting there is still somewhat of a challenge. I'm not sure on what might make that easier - with the town being spread over multiple islands and a large amount of space, I think it's always going to take a bit of time to get around.
6.5/10
It's still the same as it was previously. While there's very nice map art saying which way is North and what island(s) you are heading towards, there's not much in the way of directing you to the zones (residential, farming, business, etc.) that you want to go towards while on the island. That has been addressed somewhat with the floating colored rings and the books, but that requires that you either carry the book with you at all times, or memorize where things are. It would be better if the signs or map art had something that showed what zone was where.
5/10
I like the idea of the book and colored rings to find your way around all the different islands. The only issue I could see is if it's nighttime or depending on the render distance the rings may be harder to find. But other than that, everything else seems good!
7/10
It's easy to tell that a ton of thought and work has gone into navigation with the book, wither nametag labels, and particularly fancy directional signs. Unfortunately, it's still challenging to get around if you aren't familiar with the layout of everything. Though the book and rings are helpful and a creative idea, the sheer size of the place makes finding one's way around a difficult task. That being said, it's getting easier the more I'm running around.
7/10
Primarie is a big town, I feel it's even bigger than before. I think the book that shows you all this town has to offer and the map art that shows you which island you're going to is nice. That is def an improvement. It was easy to navigate through the bridges, and I saw some cool different bridges such as the Slime going down to the Octopus Island. Though with the height differences, it took a long time to get up, you might want to add a lift sign near the bridges up and down (might not be the most aesthetically pleasing thing but handy)
9/10
A book for navigating the island is a good idea, but with the size of the town, it is still difficult to find things quickly. Personally, if i'm going to a town, i prefer to locate what i want there without paging through a book for assistance.
7/10
As I walk through the portal of Primarie I'm a bit overwhelmed. There's so much to see - circles in the air, builds everywhere. I don't know where to go. I start wandering around the main island and see no signs telling me anything. I bought the book, but it's overwhelming too. The maps are a nice touch but if I don't know what each island is for they're not terribly helpful. I'm being a nub here, not reading the book because it's too many words or maybe I don't read very well.
I found an island with villagers, but I don't know if this is decorative or a trading island? What is the name of this island? Is this Commerce island?
I like the bridges that go to specific islands and have signs on them. Seems that most bridges do not have signs and there are several that also don't have maps, so I'm not entirely sure where I'm headed. I've been here for about an hour and finally found the food farms after half an hour. I still haven't found the XP farm and I don't know HOW to find it either :/
Oh, last thing: Heading to the octopus island I took the slime jumps. I hit the first slime pad and barely made it to the second pad, landing on the grass instead of the slime. That might have hurt a lot if I wasn't in /god.
4/10
The book is a very nice touch and gives a lot of information about the town. However it is, so far as I can see, only available from a single chest by the arrival portal. So if you run past it (as I initially did) then you're stuck with not much except island pointers, and no idea what is actually on each island. I would like to see a bit more prominance given to the book chestshop on arrival rather than standing on a simple fence with a sign on the opposite side to that which you initially see. And maybe available in more locations as well. I also think that some signs, or some more detailed region greetings on the bridges, would help with navigation if you don't have the book or don't want to always be flipping through 17 pages to find what you're looking for. I'm also not sure what the random hopper covered in signs was for near the entrance but that was part of what threw me thinking the entrance area was covered in junk, thus did I ignore the chest shop...
The rings are a great feature but it would be great if they were lit up. In the dark, and not fully rendered in at a distance, it is kind of hard to tell which one you are looking at.
If the above points were addressed (more prominent book locations, more signs/region greeting information and lit up the rings) then I can see this score increasing substantially.
6/10
While it's easy to move around, navigation is a pain. I had no idea where anything was and just wondered around until I found things. If there were signs placed near the map that said things like "The red ring is Island #1 and there you can find this, this and some of that." That would have been a huge help locating things.
5/10
It takes quite a while to get around and takes some practice, however, I really like the map art around the different bridges saying where you're going. I also love the smaller islands of slime to get down to one of the further away islands. It's not the easiest thing to get around, but it's much better than before.

Commodities and Amenities
Commodities and Amenities: 107/120 = 89.2%
Very wide variety of farms. More extensive and unique than most towns.
10/10
The farms are efficient and provide a good variety of materials/food.
10/10
I was really impressed with the amount of farms here, honestly! Between the food farms and the flower/tree/creeper farms there's really quite a bit of variety, and you could probably live off just the stuff you have here. The only minor critique I had was the huge distance between each island with farms in them as another voter mentioned, but it's not a super big deal.
9.5/10
There are good amounts of farms and other town-built helpful areas (workshops). That said, they are still quite spread out. I can't say that this is helpful, if my goal is to quickly gather a large amount of food. I get that to automate those farms, they have to be spread out due to the mob capping, but there could be more in the way of variety for hand-picked/planted farms up on the surface.
5.5/10
The town now has plenty of different farms for the players to use, most of which are automatic or large enough that the player should be able to get all the resources that they need. It's a shame they're all spread out so far, though due to hopper and mob-cap limitations I understand why that's the case, I'll mention this in the layout section as well.
All in all no real complaints, taking half a point here because of some farms being fairly difficult to locate. Most of the hard to find farms are farms not actually listed on the sign that leads to them, such as pigmen, cactus, sugarcane and chorus.
9.5/10
The flower farm is beautiful, but doesn't give any instructions how to use it. I assume you just bonemeal the ground? Perhaps selling bonemeal would be helpful here. I like the addition of a tree farm; it's a nice way to use the inside of one of the islands.
I found the shopping island, and it has several buildings, but only one functional shop. I'd have expected more from a town with a portal.
I FOUND THE FARMS! I was flying around and saw an island I hadn't seen yet. Turns out it's the food farms! Lots of food available for residents and visitors alike.
An hour in and I found the other farms that are under Calamar island. That's awesome and very helpful. There's a lever and no sign as to what it does.
After over an hour I still haven't found the XP farm :/
8/10
Really wide variety of farms as well as other features such as villagers, workshops, and more. Great work.
10/10
I like the variety of farms and shops available. They all seem to work very well and it's nice to have all of them available to use.
10/10
The farms work, they're big enough and I'm sure if someone needs a bit they can stop by there. I like the new creeper farm as well.
8.5/10
Seems like there is your basic farms here. I found a small animal farm, a wheat farm, and a few other crop farms that do not appear able to be harvested. But I did find a free food bank. There's also a tree farm, enchanting area and a workshop area. I'm honestly not sure if anything else is available and, if so, where it would be located.
6/10
There are a lot of new farms that are easy to find and work well, and crop farms are pretty large.
10/10
The farms are great, and there is a good amount of variety. I especially liked the unique layout of the villager trading area, very cute.

Sustainability
Sustainability: 106.5/120 = 88.8%
More than enough plots, both residential and commercial, to keep the place going for quite some time. The floating island theme means it is always possible to continue expansion as well, which is great. I can't see anything missing that I would want to sustain a town, well done!
10/10
There's a lot of people with plots here, so there's definitely already a pretty large community built around here. Most of the farms seem to be large enough, except I would argue that probably the animal farms could be larger. With the variety of resources I don't think that players living here would have to resort to other towns for resources very often.
8/10
The town seems to have enough to sustain it now. You have many residents already, but there are still plenty of spaces for homes and shops, and the farms seem like they could sustain a town.
10/10
There are good amounts of shopping and residential plots. It can be hard to find them sometimes (see Layout above). There is a good variety of shops, farms, and other town-provided goods. Not too bad over all.
8/10
The sustainability is of the town is great now. With a good amount of space to expand the town, and plenty of plots left to sell you'll have opportunities to grow for a long time. The farms, for the most part, have lots of stock which will help just about any farming needs, plus they're automatic so you'll be able to harvest the free crops efficiently.
There were also quite a few plots already sold within the town, there are times when towns/villages will have lots of plots to sell but very few actually taken. Having this many residents already is proof that the town will last.
No problems.
10/10
Many residential plots are already taken and there's plenty that are still empty and could accommodate more people. All the farms are large enough to sustain the town except maybe the animal farms which could be bigger.
8/10
There's enough plots and market shops enough to go around, and with the inclusion of the private islands, I think that you wouldn't run out of plots for a while
8.5/10
It's a nice place to visit, but I don't foresee coming here very often. There's not really anything here that I have found to keep me coming back.
7/10
I can see people flocking here to own a house on an island. With the wide variety of farms and builds, it is a pretty neat place to be. Only small downside is navigating, but the longer i walk around, the easier it becomes to find things.
9/10
You have lots of space for shops and residents, with many varied islands available. Your food farms are plentiful and you have a small collection of animals that can be bred and slaughtered/sheared. To keep players coming back to your town, keep your amenities close to the portal and easily labeled.
9/10
Lots of purchased plots and plenty of empty plots for growth and new residents. All of the farms are big enough to support many residents except maybe the farm animals. I took one point because I would have liked to see larger animal farms, but overall very nice.
9/10
There are plenty of open plots, and still lots of room to add more if the need arises via adding more islands.
10/10
More than enough plots, both residential and commercial, to keep the place going for quite some time. The floating island theme means it is always possible to continue expansion as well, which is great. I can't see anything missing that I would want to sustain a town, well done!

Lots of purchased plots and plenty of empty plots for growth and new residents. All of the farms are big enough to support many residents except maybe the farm animals. I took one point because I would have liked to see larger animal farms, but overall very nice.

There are plenty of open plots, and still lots of room to add more if the need arises via adding more islands.

Basically just ocean and neighbors on ground level. There's a few fish I remember seeing previously but didn't go visit this time, but that's really it. Nothing wrong with this necessarily, but it doesn't exactly scream "effort."
Up in the air there's more decorations, the hot air balloons and the whale, although I was just viewing them as part of the town as I passed through. I'll give you a point for that since they're technically not connected to the rest of the town, and are just cosmetics off in the distance.

Not much to say here- Lots of water and lots of town neighbors, but it's actually pretty clean.

Clean. Hard to do wrong, considering they are floating islands over an ocean.

There is just ocean and other towns/villages below. It's nothing fancy. The fish are cute. It would be fun to maybe add some ships and other things below as well.

The surrounding area is clean and neat. The whale and hot air balloons were a nice addition.

I love the builds in the air and surrounding areas. They are a nice touch.

Not much to say here, can't see a way to improve what's already here. All the floating ships and hot air balloons add a nice touch. Would give extra credit for the whale if I could

You have neighbors on all sides of town. I see your buoys and they're nice and fit with the color scheme. I saw some fishies in the water, that was nice. No real effort has been made with your surrounding area beyond the few fish and the buoys.

it's out in water so I think it's fine. I like the ships and the whale, cutie.
5/5
You got air, water and bouys! Not much can to be done.
5/5
It's just ocean, and some other towns are pretty close. I do like the little floating things underneath some islands though. It works considering the floating islands
4/5
Not much in terms of requirements for an ocean based town, but the sealife dotted around is a great addition.
