Remove obsolete creative rule 5

simply remove creative rule 5, its obsolete and practically useless. redstone machines don't run when the chunk isn't loaded, so leaving your plot is already the same as turning it off. other people will most likely not be close enough to your plot to have it loaded either, as most plots are surrounded by inactive plots. this rule just adds another rule to remember and is not needed

It’s rule number three on the rules page of the forum under the creative server section. I don’t think that’s changed anytime recently.

I will be honest: By the time I was done making that post, I knew that it was rule 3 on the rules page. Anyways, seeing as that's the case, I will now provide an argument in favor of keeping "obsolete" rule 5. For the rare occasion that there is a neighboring plot that is active, this may remove some server strain. But the big part is visitors. It is well known you can do /home <player> to go to their plot, and if a redstone machine is on, then it can cause a lag spike. Better safe than sorry.

if theres worry about machines causing lag when they arent being used, they shouldnt be causing lag while being used in the first place as that would already be violating a rule, plus redstone machines almost never cause barely any lag, and if someone was visiting a plot they'd technically be using it anyways
