reduce cubeville messages

an option to reduce or remove the cubeville messages would be nice since sometimes the chat gets filled with them since they are only every 2 minutes

Updating/changing these messages and the timing of them is something we are planning on doing. The timing for this we're not quite sure of, but it is something we want to update.
