Unfortunately this request isn't really possible. The way nicknames work, it doesn't change your name on the backend for commands, so long term it becomes complicated because you are running with two names, one that displays, and one you need to run commands. That is why if you are ever renamed by an SA, it will only be temporary to avoid that kind of confusion. And if we put a 30 day cooldown on it, then that seems the same as just renaming your minecraft account which would be easier all round.
