TNT in creative

As the name of this post explains, I think that tnt in creative would be a nice idea, so people could easily carve out natural looking craters if they wanted to, clear out large areas while making it look cool, or just blow up TNT for fun. Although, I think if it is allowed, it should be sort of like the worldedit permissions: you can only use it in your own plot, so that mass greifing of plots wouldn't happen. And no firing it out of dispensers, so TNT cannons can't be built.
