Has taken 2 years and a long journey to get to this final stage.
But we are now happy to say:
It's Time For CITY.
In this underwater domed theme.

What is there in store for you in CoralKay?
Mining Area below level 11
Farms:
Auto and manual Crop, Guardian
Mini Animal/Tree, Wither Rose
Wool/Honey, Piglin XP
Iron, Skeleton/Bones
Nether, Slime
Chorus/Purpur, Creeper/Gun powder
In the mines is a manual style Moss Pit,
Amenities:
Villager Trade Hall, Quest Rooms
6 Market Domes all built in different styles
Camp Grounds, Beach
Fully furnished liveable Trailer Park, Fully furnished Ancient City Homes
A.C. Parkour, Amusement Park with playable games and rides
Treasure Hunt Castle with underwater Roller Coaster Ride to get to it and its own A.C Exit

A gridded pattern of roads and domes in the shape of a square, in a octagon, in a square. With conduits and speed beacons for easy of movement in and out of the water.

CoralKay has all that is required, with room to build more mini home domes if needed on the inner side of the outer roads.

Being fully in an ocean makes this an interesting place to keep the Coral theme going.
The wall only consists of Buoys held in place by chains and anchors. A fitting theme for an ocean.

The Townhall's Portal room/Town Hall is well covered with information and directions.

The only other main entry is by boat.
The dock is located near the main 2 domes of Townhall and Town Centre. Other than that, all Domes have double doors at their tunnels, ranging from 4 to 8 on each dome.

There are 3 Elytra Platforms, Town Centre, XP and Trades. They are glass floored, glass domes, with small walkways sticking out for landing access. From here you can see most of CoralKay.

There are end chest, crafting tables and shulker spots located at every tunnel doorway as well as in the 3 elytra platforms. There is also a fully useable Workshop located next to the Town Centre.
This includes utilities like:
Pickle Farm, Snow Farm
Tall Flower Farm, Fast Auto Smelter
Basalt Machine, Enchanting Facility
Basic furnaces for small amounts, Brewing Area
Concrete making/Ore breaking Machine.
All amenities have written instructions on how you use them, as well as rules.

I am wondering now what dropped my score. Can't wait to see.
I bet its the fact that one can get lost easily in CoralKay going around in circles. Hey, its hard to build under water and not have things going in circles (squares, for the layman).
