I my self am guilty of this, accidentally stealing someones boat and slowing us both down. But what if each person got two boats? If someone stole your boat it wouldnt matter! So when we grab the kits, instead of one baot being handed out, can we have two?

Yea, but im talking about when you break your boat and someone else picks it up
