Phantom spawn rates to be more balanced

so im always building or adventuring or whatever and in night those phantoms always spawn and annoy me. i one time got into half a heart by them. They are so annoying, so I would like it if the phantom spawn rates were lower.

you can eleimiate phantom spawn by sleeping every 3 days (minecraft)

Yep. pack a bed. if they spawn jump into the bed for literally 2 seconds and they leave you alone.
