I (or everyone) want to get netherite more effeciently, and I used some explosives and tried putting them, but came with a "HEY! sorry, but you cant place explosives there" and things like that. I never seen bases in the nether in y=15, so it might be a good idea. And also all bases i seen were in the surface. Im not a greifer so m not gonna go exploding houses

I think TNT should be allowed from y 20 to y 0 in the nether

idk, netherite is the last rare thing, that will make it not so rare

I honlestly see several reasons why NOT do let explosive mineing in the nether, I cant explaing eveyrthing but I agree with dog

Explosive mining is very close in speed to just using an efficiency V pick. While there’s some novelty to it for sure, the resulting server lag just isn’t worth the very small benefit.

A totem from hylian or mp is a nice insurance policy for your pick
