So I was thinking about it the other day , and I was like , CV seems too easy with everyone having netherite armor now. So what if staff were to change the difficulty from normal to hard? I think this could provide players with a challenge to survive and thrive throughout their time.

hmm. but like if it was hard if anyone dies, which happens a lot, wouldn't you just like not be able to rejoin CV..?

Well I was more meaning of the hard difficulty and less of the die once and you can never play again

I believe its just uping the difficulty and the amount of hearts you lose , and the chance of dying of starvation

I think he means the difficulty, not hardcore mode

I kinda in a dilemma now. I think CV has gotten a bit easier, but during building, already, loads of mobs spawn around your base. Even if u were to light up around the area, you would still get attacked. It could also mean better loot too... I kind of vote this as a yes, though i did a no (i regret) because: 1: better loot from mobs. 2: you can do /hub or leave a bit. 3: YES CV has kind of gotten easy. AND prepare to die easier. Also some people dont even have diamond armor tho

I voted no.
You have to remember there is a lot of kids on here who don't light up around their place too well, or live in one of those not well lit nub shack villages, that appear near drops, that have no walls or setup. These can impact their lives a lot. I have seen some kids who don't care about dying and others that spam chat about loosing their stuff and wanting items or money.
The reason for normal was for the inexperienced players, the new kids on the block so to speak. There will always be a more advanced player on CV (because you ain't gonna get rid of me and Band that easy, )
