/ignore or /blockplayer command

Before I begin I do not mean to target anyone with this I feel like this has been needed for a while but anyway, the feature i'm asking for is basically the same as blocking chat via pressing P except where you cant block staff and helpers, but you can block messages certain players that get on your nerves persay in global, msg, and local. And before you read this and say "We have leaving channels" heres my answer. what if you wanna keep chatting and like chatting, but can't handle only a few people that are doing things you don't like or are getting on your nerves.
