Green Acres Town Application

Green Acres is located on a beach set in a modern/city theme. We hope people can come here to relax, enjoy the amenities, and soak up the scenery.
Farms
Green Acres’ “Megafarm” has three levels of every crop type. In addition to the manual crops, the Megafarm features a fully automatic sugar cane farm, cactus farm, pumpkin farm, melon farm, and a villager tower collecting potatoes, carrots, beetroot, and bread, so you don’t have to replant
There is an animal farm in close vicinity that contains the typical animals, plus rabbits and an egg farm.
Around town, you can also find a zombie spawner, a spider spawner, a skeleton spawner, a wither rose farm, an iron farm, a wool farm, and a sea pickle farm.
Plots
We currently have 14 available shop plots in addition to a few towers for sale. There are 9 available houses, apartments, and plots available for residents with more on the way. Two shops in the downtown area are already up and running.
Town Hall & Portal Location
This building contains all of the town rules, build rules, announcements, and founder information. The main portal is set up here. As soon as players walk out of the town hall, there is a directory with directions to every location.
Layout
Directional signs can be found at each intersection. All builds have road access. Lighting is extended to 25 blocks out. Other points of entry include a gate to the south, and functional docks to the north.
