PvP Arena Requirements

PvP Arena Application Process

When you feel your PvP arena is ready for review, you should make an application in this forum. Please provide the coordinates of your PvP arena, the names of the builders, whether your arena is intended to have death drops on or off, and any other information you feel relevant to the application.
Two Admin+ will review your application within two weeks and either approve it or let you know what you need to work on. Once you've added or changed what you were asked to work on, you may post again in the same application thread to have your arena re-checked. You do not need to wait between arena applications, you may reapply as soon as you've finished your work, and you can reapply as many times as you need.

Arena Criteria

Arena Structure
☑ Arena is fully enclosed (walls and roof where applicable).
☑ Arena includes clear entry and exit points for players and spectators.
☑ The arena design is well-suited to PvP combat.
Game Operation
☑ PvP rules are clearly posted within or near the arena.
☑ Where an arena specialises in certain types of combat, that information is clearly communicated to players.
☑ The PvP arena floor is large enough to accommodate a minimum of 4 players comfortably.
☑ If applicable, redstone systems are optimised and functional without causing performance issues.
☑ Arena includes a spectator mode area where spectators can view, but not interfere with, the battle.
Safety and Surrounding Environment
☑ Arena and surrounding areas are well-lit to prevent mob spawning (with an exception for areas of the arena intended to contain hostile mobs).
☑ Hazards in the surrounding area are made safe or clearly signposted to players.
☑ Paths, walkways, and roads around the arena are clear of obstruction and easy to navigate.
Aesthetic and Uniqueness
☑ Arena has a unique design that sets it apart from other PvP arenas on the server.
☑ Arena’s theme and structure are cohesive and visually appealing.
☑ The arena and surrounding area are tidy, and building supplies or storage chests are not left lying around.

Arena Perks

If your arena is approved, you will gain access to the following perks:
➠ A region covering the entire arena
➠ PvP enabled within the game area
➠ A free portal from Landmarks Hub to your arena
➠ An NPC to control access to the arena from outside
