Hey Citizens!
Some recent changes have been made to the Citizen’s Union that this letter will inform you of! As of yesterday, Mr_3vans was voted in by the committee to be a committee member and the new secretary. Not only was Mr_3vans voted in, but Cyclump was also voted in as a new committee member. Speaking of new members, the Citizens Union is proud to announce that we now have a new collaboration with the staff. This will benefit the Union in several ways, one of those ways being that we can have more expedient access to the opinions of staff. The staff member who will be working closely with us is the man, the myth, and the legend himself, Eureka2013!

With these exciting add-ons and updates, we are also happy to announce two more upgrades to the Citizen’s Union! One of these upgrades is our new idea boxes! These said boxes will be a place where anyone and everyone can submit ideas into a hopper via written book or named item! Locations on these new boxes will be posted promptly after they are finished being set up. The second upgrade is we are now asking that any citizen who would like to speak at a meeting should ask in advance to be placed on a pre-written agenda. This can be done by either dropping an idea in any idea box, or by messaging any committee member via Discord, forums, or in-game. If anyone has any questions about the new changes, feel free to ask any committee member via Discord, forums, or in-game messaging.

The best way I can explain it is, if CV is a school and the staff are the teachers/principals, the Citizen's Union is the student government... we're a think-tank that brainstorms ideas for the server and also raises money/awareness for events and stuff We are run by a committee that is voted in every six months; I'm currently president, WeatherCats is VP, Mr_3vans is acting secretary, and Chaozilla is the treasurer. Bahamabucks, Willow_Treez, FranaBanana, FredLime, MCG8, and cyclump (acting) round out the committee, and Eureka2013 is our new liason from the staff team We meet every other Saturday at 3pm EST, feel free to come and speak up
