How big is the creative world plots in chunks.

I think 150 x 150. Idk how many chunks that would be.

Red, to check or work out how may there would be, it might be easier to count them. To do this hold the F3 button and hit the Q. This will show the list of commands you can use. Then do F3+(the one for chunks, I think its G). Then count them on 2 sides and do the maths.. A x B = how many chunks.
