Hi guys, I've been wondering how people on CubeVille are becoming donors for awhile. Could any of you tell me how they do it?

Are staff paid? Is that why you donate? Like what does the money go to?

it goes into the server, staff are not paid. But it takes a lot of moeny to run a server

I don't know for sure in this case, but I do know hosting and server upkeep takes money in general, and any money that you have that doesn't go towards upkeep can go towards improvement. :)
