Will netherite be buyable from the admin shop? In playing 1.16, i would think a map as small as they usually are on cv would be a chaotic rush to mine out all debris, leaving it a limited resource sky rocketing in price, which i dont want to happen.

There will be more information coming on the future of the creative world, but we have said that current plots will still be available, either carried over as they are, or available to visit and take schematics from, when CV7 begins.

Lime wrote:6. Will there be a portal to CV6 for people to come back and look at, as there is for CV5 and CV4 right now?
Yup! As was explained in the announcement post, CV6 will be available to visit via a portal from hub, and will be available later as a world download.

As phantoms are a normal part of minecraft life in the newer versions, they'll behave as normal. If this becomes a problem later on we could look at it, but for now you will have to get used to sleeping more often (only once per IRL hour I believe). On the bright side all those bedrooms in your base finally have a purpose :D

Lime wrote:8. How will wandering traders work if they just randomly spawn in on you anywhere? Will this spawning be turned off in official server areas like hubs and spawn?
Most official server areas have mob spawning denied via worldguard region flag, so they most likely will not spawn there. But if they do they're not hostile at least so shouldn't be an issue.

I don't think ancient debris is that rare of a resource, I've played a bit of 1.16 myself and despite several of us mining out in the nether we never had any issues finding more. Obviously we can monitor the situation but I don't think it is rare enough to warrant going in the admin shop straight away. Especially as we're going for bigger starting map dimensions for CV7

The following questions will all be answered with more specific information releases ahead of the map launch.
Lime wrote:2. Will we have new drop towns at the map start?
3. Will we have a railroad going across the map?
4. Is the spawn in the centre of the map or on a plateau off to the side like CV6?
5. How will the system with the new nether work - I think quite a few people may want to build their base in the nether as of the new updates - that could affect the current 'rift zone' trap-is-allowed style thing if people are actually looking to build a lot more in the nether which I think people will.
9. Will the new CVC if there is one have the same height limit, rules, and block stuff or will there be more measures taken to remove lag?

By these being answered ahead of the map launch, will these things be the ones that we will just have to wait and see for, and they will be released with the map and explained further in the post when the new map does launch in a few weeks?

In CV7 will you be able to do quests for ranks other than SK?

I just think that will be really cool! Neew ranks with neew quests, way to keep players online, and for those who dont have projects to spend a great time trying to done one XD

I just had an idea, I know making quests is kinda dificult, so what do you think making a quest contest?
Groups of players building quests somewhere, each one for 1 rank, and get a winner :^

I can see how that would be fun but I think it would be really hard for the staff to turn it into a quest. And I'm pretty sure we'll have the doc quest at least by the end of CV7?

Yeah. I would assume that the quests would need NPC’s which C’s can’t make.

Quoting should be fixed now, that was an interesting bug...

Yes, between now and CV7 launch there will be several forum posts made going into more detail on specific aspects of CV7 and changes we are making. Things like quests, creative world, CVC etc. will all be wrapped up in those so we don't want to get into answering questions now when details will be coming later :)
