Most likely not without a huge overhaul. The reason being is, player built PvP arenas on the survival map used to be a thing. Back in 2015 on CV5 there were a couple but since they weren't regulated by staff and you had to bring in items that you earned in survival, it resulted in a lot of toxicity. Players would wait in the arena to kill other players and steal their items. People also just generally got mad over it and so player built PvP arenas were disabled.
That was also at a time before server PvP was reopened. Now that there is official cubeville PvP, it is highly unlikely player built arenas in the survival world will ever return without major changes.
