Bedwars has come to Cubeville!

The hints were very subtle, but over time we started to get the idea that people might like to see Bedwars added to Cubeville. And so we are very happy to announce that Bedwars is now available in the PvP wing of Skylands! If you've played the game elsewhere before you should know what you're doing pretty quickly, but for everyone else there are a few more details below.

There are currently four arenas open, with the option to add more later.
How to start a game➳ Head to the PvP wing of skylands and go through the Bedwars portal
➳ You will see four sections, one for each arena, with a game sign on the front
➳ Right click the sign to be sent to the lobby for that arena
➳ Once two players are in the lobby, a 90 second countdown will start. The game will begin at the end of the countdown with all players in the lobby being assigned to the teams, up to four people per team
➳ You can see the game details on the sign, it will update to show how many players are in the lobby, whether there is an ongoing game or if the arena is currently resetting ready for the next round.

The signs receive live updates as the game is setup and then runs.
How to play a game➳ You will see an announcement as the game starts with brief instructions on how to play
➳ The aim of the game is to destroy the other teams' beds and then kill all the players to eliminate their team, whilst defending your own bed
➳ You will respawn on death so long as your bed exists. Once your bed is gone, you only have one life left, use it wisely!
➳ There will be two villagers in your base, an Item Shop where you can buy weapons, armour, tools and other equipment for use in the game. There is also a Team Upgrades section where you can buy upgrades that will effect your whole team like haste, healing, increased resource generation etc.
➳ You will need Iron, Gold, Emeralds and Diamonds to spend in these two shops. The Iron and Gold generate inside each base. Emeralds generate on the central island and Diamonds generate on the outer islands between player bases.
➳ Good luck getting the Emeralds and Diamonds, they will be highly contested resources! If you can gather more than other teams you can get yourself a decent advantage. Just don't leave your bed exposed whilst you go gathering...you might return home to find you've lost the game while you were away!
